"Strong leaders bring people on to God’s agenda.”  At PCA, our leadership team is committed to equipping students to be socially relevant leaders.  This means modeling devoted commitment to Jesus while giving students the skills needed to lead.

Meet our leadership team and find out why they are passionate about God’s call to PCA!

Mrs. Schindler attends Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell, WA.  She has been in church since she was born, as her father was a pastor.  She accepted Jesus as her Savior at the age of 5 and has always been involved in church ministry. Mrs. Schindler always wanted to teach.  When she was ten, she would erase her papers from school and re-teach the concepts to her siblings!  She taught 2nd grade for one year, and then was asked to serve as Vice Principal for the next year.  She has been in administration since.

Her Bachelor in Education is from Bob Jones University; her Master’s of Education is from SPU.  Debbie holds lifetime teaching certificates from the state of WA and ACSI.  Her superintendent certificate was earned at SPU.

In her spare time, Debbie enjoys gardening and reading.  She loves to travel and mentors younger Christian school principals each year in an ACSI program called Leadership U.
