Debbie Schindler

Mrs. Debbie Schindler joined PCA as Head of School in 2015 and is now beginning her 47th year in Christian education.  She served at three schools prior to coming to PCA, each one growing her appreciation for who God is and what He accomplishes in the lives of families who choose Christian education.  She has been highly involved in ACSI, serving on the Executive Board for 21 years and at the regional level since 1976.  Most recently, she chaired the regional Accreditation Commission for 6 years.  Mrs. Schindler remains active in ACSI, leading school accreditation teams.

She also serves as the Chair for the Private School Advisory Council where she has represented the needs of private schools to state leaders in education for over 20 years.

Mrs. Schindler attends Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell, WA.  She has been in church since she was born, as her father was a pastor.  She accepted Jesus as her Savior at the age of 5 and has always been involved in church ministry. Mrs. Schindler always wanted to teach.  When she was ten, she would erase her papers from school and re-teach the concepts to her siblings!  She taught 2nd grade for one year, and then was asked to serve as Vice Principal for the next year.  She has been in administration since.

Her Bachelor in Education is from Bob Jones University; her Master’s of Education is from SPU.  Debbie holds lifetime teaching certificates from the state of WA and ACSI.  Her superintendent certificate was earned at SPU.

In her spare time, Debbie enjoys gardening and reading.  She loves to travel and mentors younger Christian school principals each year in an ACSI program called Leadership U.

Deborah Rowe

Mrs. Deborah Rowe holds a teaching degree from Dallas Baptist University. For over 35 years, she has utilized her gifts teaching and training teachers worldwide. Mrs. Rowe has had the privilege of serving at Child Evangelism Fellowship in a variety of roles, including summer administration coordinator for Christian Youth in Action and teacher training for Good News Clubs. She has served on the CEF local chapter board and currently resides on the state board. In addition, Mrs. Rowe worked as the Kids Director for a church, serving 5 states and impacting over 3,000 children.

She has a passion for kids to come to know Jesus at a young age and walk with Him their whole lives. She has developed a leadership class for teens to help them transition with excellence from teens to young adults. She is excited to bring her experience to PCA and join the vision to offer families a superior Bible-based education that equips students to be socially relevant leaders who are fully prepared for higher achievement.

Mrs. Rowe attends Crossroads Bible Church in Bellevue with her husband and two teens. She loves serving in kids and youth ministry.

In her spare time, Deborah enjoys doing anything athletic. She has competed in triathlons and over 10 marathons. She is currently training for an Olympic distance triathlon. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family eating good food.

Renita Hall

Ms. Renita Hall joined PCA as a 6th grade teacher in 2000.  Over the years, she has taught junior high and high school math, science, and Bible courses.  In 2009, she transitioned to part time administration as the Dean of Students.  Currently, she serves as the Secondary Vice Principal and Dean of Academics as well as high school math teacher.

Ms. Hall attends Northwest Foursquare Church in Federal Way.  She became a Christian at a young age, with a vibrant commitment to Christ at the age of 13.  She has a heart for outreach.  At her church, she serves in the children’s ministry, as well as monthly outreaches to young moms at New Beginnings in Puyallup.

Her bachelor degree is in German education with a minor in computer science.  In 2008, she attended Pacific Lutheran University to complete her math endorsement.  In 2018, she completed the two year Master’s of Principalship with Grand Canyon University.

Ms. Hall is the proud mom of two young men and grandma of five grandchildren.  You will find her enjoying time with her family, playing with legos, walking, or in the hallways of Pacific Christian Academy and her EAGLE family.

Shannon Andrews

Mrs. Shannon Andrews started her career at a small Christian preschool on Mercer Island, serving as a lead teacher and afternoon supervisor. She was Program Supervisor at Cascade Christian Early Learning Center in Puyallup for many years before moving to PCA. Since arriving at PCA in 2013 she has been blessed to serve as lead teacher, Program Supervisor, EE Assistant Director, and currently EE Director.

She and her family began attending Lighthouse Christian Center in 2002. They have enjoyed being involved children’s ministry, youth missions and ministry, and with the Freezing Nights program.  She and her husband have been part of the same small group Bible study for almost 20 years and love meeting each week to learn more about Jesus.

Mrs. Andrews received her AA degree in Early Childhood Education from Bellevue College and completed the QRIS   professional training series for Early Achievers.

She and her husband enjoy hiking throughout the Northwest, enjoying God’s amazing creation, fishing in Montana, and spending time with their family.
