Tuition and Fees
Due to the quality of the educational programs at Pacific Christian Academy, many PCA families choose to remain at the school through graduation. Continuous Enrollment offers a seamless process for parents, whereby students are continuously enrolled at PCA until graduation, or until the withdrawal process is completed. Continuous Enrollment guarantees each child a place in the coming year's class.
We realize that a commitment to private school tuition is a sacrifice for many families. We pray daily for God’s blessing over families who desire to educate their children in a Christian school. Tuition is due each month and is collected through a FACTS tuition management account set up prior to the first day of school.
Like most Christian schools, PCA offers a Variable Tuition program. Parents are encouraged to seek a reduction in tuition if they need support in making a PCA education possible.

Variable Tuition
Variable tuition allows families to apply for a reduced tuition that is appropriate for their families' unique financial situation. This makes Pacific Christian Academy education affordable to may qualified students who could not otherwise join our school community.
To apply for Variable Tuition, please follow the instructions below:
- Submit your child’s enrollment form to the school. Include the current report card (1st-8th grade) and transcript (high school).
- Read carefully the Variable Tuition Guidelines (open PDF below).
- Complete online application through FACTS.
- Submit a letter to our Committee with an e-mail to: [email protected]
