We hope you have already been on campus and seen the joy on our student's faces and witnessed the passion in the hearts of our teachers. If you have not toured yet, we invite you to make an appointment right now! When you are on campus, let us know about your family, and your hopes and dreams for your children. Our mission statement says we are "partner with families." That means we take very seriously our collaboration with you on behalf of your child(ren). Parents are encouraged to be involved in school events and to participate in our Parent Teacher Association.

PCA Admissions Process
1. Schedule a Tour
- Click "Schedule Tour" to visit the campus and learn more about PCA.
2. Complete the Application
- Apply online or request an enrollment packet from PCA.
- Submit all required forms and report cards.
- Important: Applications cannot be processed until all required documents have been received.
3. Academic Testing
After your completed application is received, the Admissions Coordinator will contact you to schedule academic testing and an academic planning meeting.
All new students are required to complete academic testing before admission.
Testing by Grade Level:
- Kindergarten: Reading, spelling, language, and math (approximately 15 minutes)
- Grades 1–4: Reading, spelling, language, and math (approximately 20–45 minutes)
- Grades 5–12: Assessment based on the previous school year's curriculum, including:
- Reading comprehension
- Reading vocabulary
- Mathematics problem solving
- Mathematics procedures
- Language
- Approximate testing time: 2 hours
4. Academic Planning Meeting
Following testing, the Admissions Office will schedule a 30–40 minute meeting with Ms. Hall, Dean of Academics/Vice Principal of Secondary.
During this meeting, you'll discuss:
- PCA's mission
- Student testing results
- School policies and procedures
- Student Code of Conduct
- Parent Agreement
- Questions about PCA and the upcoming school year
5. Enrollment & Tuition Setup
Once your student has been accepted:

- You'll meet with the Admissions Office to officially welcome your family to PCA.
- Staff will help you set up your required FACTS tuition account.
- Tuition payments are automatically withdrawn from a checking account or credit card on either the 5th or 20th of each month.
- If needed, alternative payment arrangements may be made with the Finance Officer.
