We hope you have already been on campus and seen the joy on our student's faces and witnessed the passion in the hearts of our teachers. If you have not toured yet, we invite you to make an appointment right now! When you are on campus, let us know about your family, and your hopes and dreams for your children. Our mission statement says we are "partner with families." That means we take very seriously our collaboration with you on behalf of your child(ren). Parents are encouraged to be involved in school events and to participate in our Parent Teacher Association.

- Schedule Tour (CLICK HERE) or RSVP for the upcoming Eagle for a Day (Click Here).
- Complete Enrollment Packet(s)

- Receive enrollment packet from PCA
- NOTE: Please make sure ALL forms are included: immunizations, birth certificate, & report cards. Your packet(s) will not be processed until all forms are submitted. Turn in completed packet and/or supporting documents to PCA or submit via email to [email protected]

- Schedule your student(s) academic testing
- NOTE: All NEW students will be academically tested prior to admissions at PCA.
- Complete Academic Testing
- K-4 will be tested in reading, spelling, language & math.
- Kindergarten approx. 15 min.
- 1st -4th approx. 20-45 min.
- Incoming 5th -12th graders will be assessed for "spring" academics the year they have just completed. We test reading comprehension, reading vocabulary, mathematics problem solving, mathematics procedures, & language. The test is approximately 2 hours.
- K-4 will be tested in reading, spelling, language & math.
- Schedule your Academic Planning Meeting. This meeting will be scheduled by our Admissions Office and will take place with Ms. Hall, Dean of Academics/Vice Principal Secondary. She will talk to you about: mission of PCA, testing scores, policies & procedures, the student Code of Conduct, parent agreement, and any questions you may have about PCA and the school year. 30-40 min.
- Enrollment & Tuition Finalization: After final acceptance has been confirmed, an appointment will be scheduled to welcome your family to PCA! We will assist you in setting up the required FACTS account. FACTS is the company we use for all of our tuition collection. Tuition will be automatically drawn from your checking account or credit card either on the 5th or 20th of each month. Special arrangements can be made if needed with the Finance Officer.
