Academics

Along with our core studies, Pacific Christian Academy offers a variety of co-curricular activities, resources, and before/after school programs to help enrich our students' learning and assist parents. We offer a Summer Program to provide our students with a positive learning environment during the summer season and our libraries always have something going on to further fundamentals for all ages.

We are aware that many of our students dealt with some kind of disequilibrium or trauma as they were suddenly taken from school and never allowed to return last spring.  During August, our teachers spent time learning about and understanding the feelings students may have as they return to class.  Our desire is to welcome every student back with open arms and help each adjust again to a loving, supportive classroom community.  As we have discussed strategies to encourage students to talk and heal, we have also committed to being in prayer for each student.  This video was part of our training; you may find it useful as well.
