Gift of education

For 40 years, Pacific Christian Academy has been committed to offering families a superior Bible-based education that equips students to be socially relevant leaders who are fully prepared for higher achievement. We expect our students to make a distinct and positive difference in our world, and to lead with integrity and wisdom. today, we lead our region in cultural diversity as we offer an exceptional and engaging education for students from preschool to high school.

We know that God blesses those who give; there are many ways to give at PCA.

First, we encourage everyone to give the gift of prayer. We believe that God answers prayer and ask that families and friends remember us each day as they share their praises and petitions with God.

Second, we ask our school families to give by participating in our two major school fundraisers. Our fall fundraiser is a Cookie dough sale, providing delicious cookies right as the holiday celebrations begin. the annual gift of Education Dinner-Auction is a community event that raises money for financial aid and scholarships, and for special projects. Most recently, two shuttle cans were purchased to transport students to athletic events and field trips.

Third, we provide opportunities for giving through special projects, like our support of 23 children in Kenya.

Fourth, the annual fund provides finances to fill "the gap" all schools have between the tuition and the actual cost to educate a child at Pacific Christian Academy offers financial assistance to current and prospective families who qualify for aid. Contact the school office for information about how we can work with you to provide a Christian education for your child.

The Annual Gift of Education Auction

The annual Gift of Education Auction is an event designed to bring the school and greater Federal Way community together for the purpose of generating needed funds for various school programs and scholarships for PCA students. The event is fun, and bidding on silent and live items generates a friendly competition, along with lots of laughter, as people joyfully give.

Each year, fun trips, exciting packages, and unique items make the auction a great place to find next year's vacation spot, that gift for the special person, or for the holiday that is just around the corner.

We are grateful for the support of our school family and our Federal Way community as they generously give and sponsor the event.
