Welcome to Pacific Christian Academy!
Dear Parents and Guardians:
Pacific Christian Academy has been a part of the Federal Way community since 2008. During that time our students have reached out and made a difference in the lives of many students and organizations. We believe that as we teach our mission statement, it is important to involve students in real service.
PCA is a unique community of parents, students, teachers, and staff who love God. We believe the most inspiring, complete education comes when ALL aspects of each child – spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental – are addressed in a loving, encouraging, and engaging school environment.
We know finding the right school and the right program for your child(ren) can be a daunting responsibility. We know the importance of your decision, so we welcome you to visit our campus and talk to our staff about PCA options. On campus, there is a sense of freedom and confidence between our students and staff that creates an atmosphere that is alive and vibrant. We encourage our young ones to love God and each other, as we teach them in an environment of hope and high expectations. We are intensely involved in training and mobilizing this generation of young people to become an army of socially relevant leaders who are passionate in their walk with God and boldly love, lead, and serve others.
For many of our students and staff, this is their home away from home; they spend their days with people who feel like family. Pacific Christian Academy is truly equipping the next generation.
We lead our region in diversity; educating students whose cultures are from all over the world. We offer dual credit classes in our high school, so that graduates leave with university credits. We support students at every grade level who need additional help to learn. We prepare our students for higher education, always with a biblical worldview. We offer an engaging education and are constantly searching for and developing new, more effective ways of preparing our students to lead.
We look forward to sharing our vision with you, and invite you and your family to visit and tour our campus. History And Future Of PCA
Pacific Christian Academy was founded by Pastors Casey and Wendy Treat in 1984 as a ministry of Christian Faith Center. The church and school thrived and saw many students and families strengthened in their relationship to God. In 2007, Christian Faith Center and the school moved to Federal Way. At that time, it was determined that the church and school should become two distinct ministries. In 2009, Pacific Christian Academy became its own non-profit organization, focused on providing an excellent Christian education to the families of Federal Way and the surrounding communities. Today, the church and school enjoy a relationship of mutual support. The school leases space from Christian Faith Center, grateful that both ministries work side by side to see families thrive as they focus on educating their children in God’s truth.
For 39 years, Pacific Christian Academy has provided families with a God-centered education focused on preparing children to lead lives of purpose.
