Learning to Soar: Eagles Take on Volleyball With Heart
At Pacific Christian Academy, our Elementary Eagles are off to an exciting start as they begin their journey into the world of volleyball. This spirited group of young athletes is learning the fundamentals of the game—serving, passing, and working as a team—with enthusiasm and joy. Although they’re just starting out, the Eagles are already showing great progress and a love for the sport that shines through in every practice and game. More than just learning the rules, the team is discovering how much fun it is to grow together, support one another, and celebrate each small victory. Through the experience, they’re also building valuable life skills—like perseverance, cooperation, and self-confidence. It's inspiring to watch each student step onto the court a little braver and more sure of themselves, encouraged by their teammates and grounded in Christ-centered values. The Elementary Eagles are not just playing volleyball—they're soaring in faith, friendship, and personal growth.
Our elementary volleyball program is open exclusively to 3rd through 6th graders and consists of two teams: one for 3rd and 4th grades and another for 5th and 6th grades. 6th grade has the option to play up to the JH Team.

Sign-Up & Practice Information
- Season: Spring from April-June.
- Games/Practice: Games are on Saturdays. Locations and times will vary. Practices are at the coach’s discretion, but generally on Fridays a week or two prior to the first game.
- Registration: Open all school year, final registrations due mid-March.
- Uniforms/Gear: Red T-shirts ($5 fee) and navy shorts, white knee pads. PCA will print the T-shirts for each player at a $5 chargeback cost. Navy shorts and knee pads are the responsibility of the athlete to supply.
