Education Regarding Sexuality

The education at PCA is focused on the spiritual development of each child, as well as their academic, emotional and physical growth. We value the place of parents in the education of their children, believing as Deuteronomy 6 teaches, that children are to be educated in God's truth as they experience every part of their day.

Sex education is one of the principles in God's Word that parents are to teach to their children. God intended marriage to be enjoyed only by a man and a woman, and He determines gender as each child is created. Beginning in preschool, children are taught these truths in developmentally appropriate ways, as books are read, and discussions occur about what they see on TV, and social media.
